Our Story
Future Hotels started in Athens, in a country that has always understood the trade-off between tourism and the places tourism depends on.
We built the company at the intersection of three things we couldn't find together anywhere else: hospitality people who understand what makes a hotel unforgettable, technologists who understand how to make sustainability measurable rather than promotional, and a stubborn belief that independent hotels, not massive chains, are the ones with the speed and the will to actually change how travel works. Small, deliberately. International, from day one.

Sotiris Kopatsaris
As Managing Director of Carpe Diem Santorini, an independent hotel, Sotiris watched OTA commissions, chain-scale marketing budgets and rising costs quietly punish the hotels doing things right, the ones investing in their guests, their staff and their island, without the negotiating power of a global brand behind them.
Independence shouldn't be a disadvantage. Future Hotels exists to make sure it isn't, giving independent hotels the reach, the systems and the collective voice of a chain, without asking them to become one. Sotiris has presented Future Hotels at the EU's SME Assembly, with the support of Prince's Trust International.
